Role outline:
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team as a Commission Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely calculation and processing of commission payments for our sales team. You will also play a critical role in analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and providing insights to improve the effectiveness of our commission program.
As a Commission Analyst, you will be an integral part of our SalesOps department, working closely with sales managers, account executives, and other stakeholders. You will provide support in setting commission targets, tracking performance, and resolving commission-related inquiries or disputes. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Calculate and process commission payments for the sales team on a monthly basis, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Analyze sales data and commission reports to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with sales team to develop and refine commission plans, targets, and policies
- Assist in the creation and implementation of sales incentive programs to motivate and incentivize the sales team
- Provide ongoing support to the sales team in understanding their commission structures, targets, and payments
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with commission policies and guidelines
Profile
- Resolve commission-related inquiries from the sales team, addressing disputes and providing clarifications
Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience in designing and implementation of sales compensation
- Expert level knowledge and experience in Xactly Incent and Analytics platform
- Experience with CRM Systems (SFDC experience required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Team player who can integrate quickly with a global organisation – Right attitude and networking skills.
