The Role & Team:
As a Global Marketing Senior Director reporting to the CRO, the successful candidate will lead the strategy, planning and execution of Infovista’s marketing function. This person will play a crucial role in shaping and positioning the Infovista brand within our target markets.
The successful candidate will have responsibility for analysing brand positioning, owning and executing marketing programs, and ensuring our brand resonates strongly within the Telecom & Networking world. The goal of the marketing team is ultimately to reinforce our brand in the marketplace and execute demand generation campaign to generate high-quality pipeline for the business.
Key Responsibilities:
· Brand Positioning
o Manage and evolve Infovista and Hammer brand and guidelines.
o Shape and clearly communicate Infovista’s vision, product line & value proposition.
o Strengthen market awareness across our priority target markets and personas.
· Product Marketing and content
o Partner with Product Management to define launch strategies for new products, working closely with cross-functional teams (R&D, regulatory, sales, etc.) to ensure successful product introductions in key markets, as well as contributing to effectives sales enablement.
o Develop and manage product literature and content library including collateral, web content, thought leadership, webinars, blog posts, etc
· Demand Generation
o Develop and execute marketing strategies, plans and campaigns to generate marketing qualified leads (customer acquisition) and customer upsell/cross-sell programs (customer retention) through and with our internal sales teams, alliance partners and channel partners.
o Utilise & manage the full mix of digital and offline communications vehicles, including website, PR/AR, events, webinars, social, email, search, ads, media sponsorship to generate leads.
o Manage all aspects of partner and internal sales leads from initial point of contact to closure.

o Manage external media companies, agencies & suppliers.
o Manage all communications both internally & externally, including industry analysts and press.
o Oversee content creation & management including website, collateral, social, thought leadership with the support of our Marketing shared services.
· Digital Marketing
o Manage the digital marketing teams which oversees all other digital assets, including website, SoMe, etc.
o Create emails, blog posts, infographics, social media campaigns and others
o Develop direct and indirect digital campaigns, including 3rd party media, paid ads, SEO strategy, etc.
· Marketing Operations & Analytics
o Manage the Marketing Ops team which maintains and evolve our MarTech
o Improve our contact database and email marketing strategy and performance
o Drives web traffic and generate new leads, while nurturing existing leads towards conversion
o Monitor and report on campaign performance, assessing ROI and KPIs.
People and Budget Management:
o Set a vision and clear expectations with your team. Identify strengths and leverage those strengths across the team and the organisation.
o Oversee global marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI on marketing initiatives.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications
· 8+ years’ experience of telecom software market in product marketing (ideal) and/or relevant roles, such as other marketing areas and product management disciplines
· Experience and deep understanding of network infrastructure management software (planning and design, testing, service and experience assurance) and telecom trends highly desirable
· Demonstrated experience in running a global marketing team or function, including managing a team of high preforming professionals.
· Demonstrated success in driving marketing innovations and implementing winning strategies.
· Results oriented professional with a demonstrated background in monetizing marketing leads to revenue.
· Excellent execution: self-sufficient in taking objectives, prioritizing, managing resources, and project managing execution to completion. Must be reliable and deliverables focused
· Hands-on and self-motivated, enthusiastic and results-driven
· Proven ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders specifically at executive and C-suite level.
· Able to work effectively in a fast-moving environment.
· Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix and up to date with the latest trends and marketing best practices.
· Needs to be entrepreneurial, driven and creative to get the job done
